  • All reservations must be secured with an active Visa, Discover American Express, or Mastercard.
  • All reservations require a non-refundable $8.00 Booking Fee and payment of One Night’s stay at time of registration.
  • Specific requested rooms will be noted in reservation, but management reserves the right to move reservations to other rooms based on occupancy needs.
  • No refunds after check-in.
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM.
  • Check out is 10 AM, $10/hour charged for extended stay- please ensure your keys are turned in to the office by 10 AM.
  • Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made more than 7 days from the arrival date.  If the reservation isn’t cancelled before that time, the payment of One Night’s stay paid at booking will be forfeited and a Fee of $10 per night will charged to the credit card on file along with the booking fee paid at time of reservation.
  • NO SHOWS will be charged a minimum one nights stay.
  • Late Arrival Policy – if you expect to arrive after normal business hours contact our office for arrangements.
  • Prices are subject to change, with or without notice, please call to verify the rates listed here.
  • Limited availability for small pets (under 25 lbs). (Non-refundable pet fee of $40 per pet applies).
  • Group rates and specials are at the discretion of management.
  • We offer a variety of floorplans that can accomodate up to 8 members in one party.
