Topsail Island is centrally located between the coastal cities of Jacksonville and Wilmington, about 5 miles east of U.S. 17. This is the main highway along the southeastern coast of North Carolina. Depending on whether you are coming from the north or south, Topsail Island is accessible from U.S. 17 from either NC Route 210 or 50.
Route 50 will take you across the Intracoastal Waterway via an old fashioned swing bridge and into the town of Surf City. Surf City is the central town on Topsail island. Route 210 will take you to the northern section of Topsail via a modern high-span bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway and into the town of North Topsail Beach.
Air transportation to and from Topsail island is available from airports in both Wilmington and Jacksonville. Either airport is less than an hour away from the island. The Wilmington International Airport has service from Delta, U.S. Airways, Midway, and United airlines. The Albert J. Ellis Airport in Jacksonville receives air transportation service from CCAir, a part of U.S. Airways.
Tiffany’s is located north of the center of Topsail Island in the town of Surf City. If arriving via NC 50/210 into Surf City, follow NC 210 North approximately 3.5 miles. Tiffany’s Motel will will be on the right-hand side of the road. If arriving onto Topsail Island via the high-span bridge in North Topsail Beach, follow NC 210 South into Surf City. Tiffany’s will be on the left-hand side just before the central business district of Surf City.
