Rental Guidelines

  • No refunds after Check-In
  • Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made more than 7 days from the arrival date.  If the reservation isn’t cancelled before that time, the payment of One Night’s stay paid at booking will be forfeited and a Fee of $10 per night will charged to the credit card on file along with the original $8.00 booking fee.  NO SHOWS (by 9:00 pm) will be charged for their entire stay.
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM.  Check out is 10 AM, $10/hour charged for extended stay.
  • Specific requested rooms will be noted in reservation, but management reserves the right to move reservations to other rooms based on occupancy needs.
  • All reservations require a non-refundable $8.00 Booking Fee and payment of One Night’s stay at time of registration.
  • 2 Day minimum stay on Weekends (Spring and Fall) and 3 Day minimum stay on Holiday weekends.  2 Day minimum stay May thru August.
  • Rates will be higher on holidays and weekends and subject to change without notice.
  • $250.00 fine for smoking in any room
  • No pets permitted unless staying in a designated pet friendly room (25 lbs and under ONLY – pet fee applies).  Pets must be crated when left in the room.  Any damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the pet owner.  A non-refundable $40 fee per pet applies.
  • Must be 21 years or older to rent
  • Lost keys will incur a $20.00 fee per key
  • No weapons or parties on premises (Noise Policy must be signed at sign-in)
  • Damages to property will be charged to guest responsible for room (digital photos of damage will be provided)
