Pet-Friendly Rooms!
No pets permitted unless staying in a designated pet-friendly room (25 lbs and under ONLY – pet fee applies). Pets must be crated when left in the room. Any damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the pet owner. A non-refundable $40 fee per pet applies. Dogs ONLY.

Our Pool Season runs from May to October 1.

Our off-season runs from September 3 - May 9.

- All reservations must be secured with an active Visa, Discover American Express, or Mastercard.
- All reservations require a non-refundable $8.00 Booking Fee and payment of One Night’s stay at time of registration.
- Specific requested rooms will be noted in reservation, but management reserves the right to move reservations to other rooms based on occupancy needs.
- No refunds after check-in.
- Check in time is 3:00 PM.
- Check out is 10 AM, $10/hour charged for extended stay- please ensure your keys are turned in to the office by 10 AM.
- Group rates and specials are at the discretion of management.
- We do not clean rooms daily. We service rooms upon request for a charge, or service rooms if stay is longer than 2 days.
- Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made more than 7 days from the arrival date. If the reservation isn’t cancelled before that time, the payment of One Night’s stay paid at booking will be forfeited and a Fee of $10 per night will charged to the credit card on file along with the booking fee paid at time of reservation.
- NO SHOWS will be charged a minimum one nights stay.
- Late Arrival Policy – if you expect to arrive after normal business hours contact our office for arrangements.
- Prices are subject to change, with or without notice, please call to verify the rates listed here.
- Limited availability for small dogs (under 25 lbs). (Non-refundable pet fee of $40 per pet applies).
- We offer a variety of floorplans that can accomodate up to 8 members in one party
